Emergency Access Binder

If you couldn't tell someone yourself, would they know which accounts exist, or how to get into them? This builds an inventory of what exists and where access lives — not a list of your actual passwords.

Do not type your actual passwords into this form or the generated document. This tool runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere — but the PDF it creates is a plain file, and plain files get lost, synced to the cloud, or opened on the wrong device. Instead, for each account, note where the real credentials live (a password manager, a sealed envelope in a safe, "call and verify identity") so your trusted person knows how to get in — not what the password is. Once printed, store this somewhere physically secure (a safe, a safe deposit box) and tell your trusted person where it is.

1. Your Information

2. Password Manager

If you use one, this single entry can cover almost everything else.

3. Financial Accounts

One per line: institution — how to access it (not the password itself).

4. Business Accounts

5. Digital Life

6. Recurring Bills & Subscriptions

So nothing lapses or gets missed — and nothing keeps charging that should be cancelled.

7. Anything Else (optional)

Your Emergency Access Binder

Generated on this device only — nothing was saved or sent anywhere. Store the printed/saved copy somewhere physically secure, and tell your trusted person where it is — don't email it or leave it in an unlocked cloud folder.
